Shipping & Returns
We try to ship all orders within 3 business days from payment. In some cases, shipping can be done within 24 hours of payment. There are other cases in which shipping may be delayed past the normal 3 days due to weather conditions, inventory issues or other problems out of our hands. In these cases, notification via e-mail will be sent. We ship all products though USPS and UPS. Delivery time of products that leaves our facilities varies from carrier and destination. We will supply a delivery confirmation or a tracking number upon request. All products shipped out are new, unless noted pre-owned or used. We are not responsible for any damaged package or item that has been damaged during shipping. The following directions must be used to ensure a replacement of the item if and all possible. VISIBLE PACKAGE DAMAGE 1. If at all possible, let the delivery person know that the package was damaged upon delivery.The delivery companies usually have damaged goods reports with them. 2. Contact your local delivery office and notify them of damaged package. 3. E-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your package and let us know that the first 2 steps have been done and what the outcome was. Be prepared to describe and send pictures if asked. We will then determine the best way for a replacement. DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT THE PROPER ITEM CODE SENT TO YOU. ITEM DAMAGED IN BOX 1. This is for an item that is damaged and is unseen from the delivery box. 2. Contact us within 24 hours via e-mail and describe the damage to us. Be prepared to add pictures with the e-mail. We will let you know how to handle this issue and to inform you of your replacement or credit. DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT THE PROPER ITEM CODE SENT TO YOU Never refuse a delivery of our products, unless agreed upon by us. Delivery refusal will prolong any credit or replacement of item. Refused deliveries cost more and that will be deducted from any credit or will be asked to pay for before a replacement is sent out. Do not send anything back without any return notification codes sent. If this does happen, credit or replacement will be prolonged.
